Praya Dubias are the long ones with the things hanging off them, and they look like a string, right? You can only find them during the day, so make sure you're not diving at night.
if so, just search in between the middle and the bottom until you find something long with things hanging down from it, and follow it to the end of the "string". There, you will find a pod. Interatc with the pod. It doesn't need food, light, etc. Just pet it or poke it. Hope this Helps!
