Actually, I'm pretty sure that it means "Favorite, Thumbs up, Comment". Shaycarl first came up with the abbreviation on his YouTube channel, the Shaytards. :)
I too originally saw this on the shaytards but how ever both forms are correct, THE ftc has a new disclosure law for those who receive free things from companies and on the other hand you should always FTC a great video. as you see one is a verb the other an acronym
