This MIGHT be a sign that the clutch return spring is wearing out. I had to replace one on my Tacoma (part ~ $30) when it began to occasionally stick in a position about 2" shy of full return. The pedal (spring) also would make squeaking sounds from time to time. When it was in this (faltering) condition it did not compromise the clutch engagement, however, I was unable to activate the cruise control.
You may have found (as did I) that a gentle pull of the left toe easily brought the pedal back in to position. Until you find the replacement part....

Obviously this would depend on who does the work, but I'll give you some basic facts from my own experience. To replace my car's clutch at about 90k miles cost about $1,200. This included the flywheel - I believe it was reconditioned instead of outright replaced. I think the flywheel only has to be replaced if there is a significant degree of slippage before you bring the car in, as was my case. So, if you catch a slipping clutch quickly, you may cut down on the cost of the repair significantly. My car's clutch was replaced at a Toyota dealership in Minnesota.
No, not a major one only I think one for fancy private jets, The major airport for Seattle and Tacoma is Sea- Tac International Airport The airport is located in the city of Sea- Tac which is right between Seattle and Tacoma If you didnt catch on Sea- Tac stands for Seattle, Tacoma so it is between
