It sounds like a suspension bushing or ball joint. Find a good suspension specialist in your area. I would highly recommend against a dealer or general mechanic. Ask around for the people who specialize in alignments and supspension. They can generally do the job faster, cheaper and much better than anyone else. Dealer mechanics only know how to replace parts until the problem goes away. You may end up with a lot of new parts that you didn't need.
