On the oblivion shivering isles how do you get into the pinnacle rock?

I've been asking the same question, but apparently you only have one oppurtunity and that oppurtunity comes if you choose to be the duke/ duchess of Mania. I chose Demetia... so I entered the Golden Saints secret hideout instead of the Dark Seducers... whick is Pinnacle Rock...

∙ 10y agoYou can only enter Pinnacle Rock during the mission "The Helpless Army" and only if you chose to replace Thadon during the Ritual of Accession quest. Otherwise you will be sent to Brellach instead (which is identical on the inside to Pinnacle Rock, just with Golden Saint regalia instead of Dark Seducer).
