Our commute home is short. Is it bad to shut your car off when the engine hasn't completely warmed up?

Short-trip driving the vehicle over a long period of time will eventually cause undesired operation. One of the main things that happen when a vehicle is operated like that is that the cooling system does not reach full operating temperature, which is necessary to help the gasoline completely vaporize and be burned more efficiently. This means that carbon will build up inside the intake and combustion chambers and foul the spark plugs, which would have to be changed periodically. Also, it would be a good idea to change the oil every 3000 miles all the time or else it will leave varnish deposits inside the crankcase which promotes sludge. I suggest that once in a while, let the car warm up completely to reduce carbon buildup inside the engine and keep up on those oil changes,
