yes they do.i put 22''s on my Mazda millenia with pirelli tires and it rides great and doesnt knock my rear fenders but i put swaybars and new brakes and shocks that are ajustable

Tap on your 1998 Mazda brake rotors with a hammer or mallet until they become loose. The brake rotors will simply slide off.
Are you parked and just getting in ? Or do you mean already running. I can however tell you that it is NOT a timing belt. M
I had the same problem on my 98 Mazda 626 and the O2 sensor was faulty.....
it the thermostat you should get it checked out because mine was doing that an it was running hot an i didnt know it because there was no steam
