It sounds a little like it, but they could just be trying to be nice to you. You could flirt with them and see how they react I guess. It would be best to become closer to them and see if they do things such as: touch you unnecessarily (e.g. placing a hand on you shoulder when talking to you), lean towards you when speaking to you or standing near you, make an effort to find you and say bye to you at parties and make an effort to sit either next to you or directly across to you when sitting in groups of people. There are many more signs: just look up "How to tell if someone likes you" or something along the lines of that if you want to know more. Or you could just ask them.
