Yes it is normal for someone with post traumatic stress disorder to feel very frustrated and agitated when they are triggered. PTSD affects everyone differently which may cause mood swings and personality disorders.

There is no such thing as normal, everyone is different, just continue enjoying your life in the way you feel comfortable with, and things will happen naturally for you in their own good time. There is a lot of unhealthy pressure these days on people to have had, or to be in relationships. But that's no reason for you to force a relationship on yourself.
