This could be anything....from simple muscle soreness to serious deep vein thrombosis. You should see a health care professional.
If you are experiencing sudden pain in the calf muscle, it could be a running calf injury. Calf strain can be minor or severe depending on the pain you experience and the number of days you experience the pain from 2 weeks to a couple of months.
The best thing to do for leg pain, especially lower calf pain, is to give it time to heal. A couple of days rest should let your legs rest and make sure you alternate hot and cold.

Yes. Take a pregnancy test
Normal gestation is 284 +/- ten days and cows don't usually come back into heat for 40 to 90 days post calving.
You could very well have a strain in your calf muscle. It could also be general muscle soreness from exercise or running. Take it easy for a few days and apply some heat for 15 minutes every hour or so. Also take OTC pain relievers like aspirin or ibuprofen.
You may have pain/stiffness for quite a while. I've had one that took three days to get over. Try walking it out, also use heatpacks or take a nice warm relaxing bath.
Most likely due to ovulation pain, or mittelschmerz.
May be it is due to Ovulation.
Could be, could also be a sign of nerves, if you think that your pregnant wait until you have skipped your period by a couple of days and take an at home test or make an appointment with your doctor for a blood test....hope everything works out for you Good Luck and God Bless!!!
The most likely cause is a muscle strain. Take it easy, and apply alternating heat and cold for 10 minutes at a time, several times a day. Ibuprofen or acetaminophen will help. If the pain gets worse or does not improve in three or four days, see a doctor.
