You would need a very large picture to include all the freshwater species. There are literally thousands of them and researchers are constantly discovering more.
depends on what kind of fish it is.
macaroni
no because if it is salt water that you have them in and they are a fresh water fish it could effect their health and they could die so which ever kind of water they are supposed to be in your a lot safer keeping them in that kind of water
Carpe
piranha fish...
Both kinds of fish can live in a delta area. The line between salt water fish and fresh water fish seems to be getting blurrier. Sharks and other typically salt water fish are found many miles up stream in rivers that empty into the ocean. It appears that salt water fish adapt better than fresh water fish as the fish found in fresh water are not found out at sea.
it depends... is it a salt water or fresh water type of fish. if it is a fresh water kind there is something wrong with it but if it is a salt water kind apparently some have been found to swim backwards for no apparent reason.
the answer depends on the fish species. if you didn't get the fish at a pet store, and found the fish in the ocean, keep it in saltwater. if not, use freshwater.
Well us in Missouri we have the Mississippi River and we have Fresh water fish and maybe some Saltwater fish here and their but what i no of is we have fresh water cause we dont have beaches and stuff like that i wish we did but we dont
the puffer fish is found in both fresh and salt water it just depends on what kind of puffer fish you want to look at
some fish live in salt water some in fresh water it all depends on the kind of fish they could live in the ocean or in the lake or in the stream or in the pond or you could have one as a pet.
