I think that if you were freinds before then take it slow, unless she asks you otherwise. Try to be not too 'lovey dovey' but respect her before anyone else and the relationship should be fine and one more point, don't make her do anything she doesnt want to do. Youve got to be careful though, if this relationship goes badly, then your freindship could be destroyed.

You need more trust in your partner and marriage. If you have a good relationship a friend of the opposite sex is not threatening. They can as a matter of fact, make you see the spouses side better.
