Bit can grab work peice and spin it round - could cause lacerations or possibly break bones.
Swarf (material drilled out) can be thrown up in air or spun round and hit fingers whilst holding work peice. Can be serious if goes in eye. Worst in metal.
Drill bit could break / shatter, fragments could hit you.
Clothing or jewlerry could get caught in bit/ chuck which could pull you againt the cutting edge.
Possible risk to hearing if it is loud.
Risk of electrocution if not properly earthed
If device isn't stable/ fixed, it could fall over.
