Most common issue is the switch going bad. You can remove and switch and bypass it to see if the mechanism is working properly. Then either replace the switch or the mechanism motor. Also check the fuses to ensure you are getting the power tot he switch in the first place.
The Mazda van (MPV?) and the Toyota Sienna have side windows that roll down half way.

All Toyota 4Runners back windows roll down. The first and second generation 4Runners are the only ones to have the drop down tailgate however. The last year run on the drop down tailgates was 1995. From 1996 to the present, they have liftgates.

There were only two body options for the Road Runner-Hardtop and Coupe (not including the Convertible in 1970). The only noticeable difference between the two are the rear side windows. On a Hardtop, the side windows roll down completely, whereas on the Coupe these windows simply push out at the back, leaving the B-pillar visible. The Hardtop is also sometimes known as a "post" car. As it is, the Coupe is slightly lighter.

Check the wire harness where it bends between the drivers door and cab. After opening and closing the door thousands of times they can break.

The windows on a Chevy Blazer may not roll down if the power window mechanism has been damaged or broken. This can be repaired through a reputable mechanic.
