Problem with Asus x53 series...not starting up. Comes up with a screen saying 'start windows normally' but doesn't go anywhere?

you might need to wipe out the computer. i have software to do this but it is everywhere so i would ask another person how to do "system recovery" with no software. once you do this, you will have to reinstall windows. just put in the reinstalling disk it came with your computer. go to the boot menu. you will have to press like f2 i think it is different in every computer. once it is loaded it will tell you to press any key to install do this and wait and you will be good.
