More information is needed. What country is the coin from? What image appears on the other side? What condition is it in? Please post a new question with those details to help ID your coin. On front - it does not say where from? On back - queen elizabeth the second
This coin does not exist. The platypus is on the 20c coin, and is worth 20 cents. The 5c coin has an echidna on it, and is worth five Australian cents.
If it says CANADA on the other side, 25 cents.
I Just got one for 20 Cents New Zealand off trademe (Internet Auction Site) I believe the actual exchange rate is about 24 cents US. You can probably find circulated ones in a dealer's '25 cent or 5 for a dollar' box, but if he has actually gone to the trouble of putting one into a holder and displaying it, he will probably be asking a dollar or two.
That is a Canadian 50 cent coin commemorating the 50th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth The Second's ascension to the throne. It is worth anywhere from 50 cents to a dollar or two on auction sites like Ebay.

On the Obverse is Queen Elizabeth II. On the reverse are two maple leaves. There are two variants. The first one is worth between 2 and seven cents. The second variant (the nine hangs down longer than normal) is worth between 3 cents and $2.50. About 83.5 million pennies were minted in 1959.
The same as on all Canadian cents from 1953 onward - Queen Elizabeth II, just like the wording says on the coin's reverse side.
.01 cent, unless it is uncirculated or a proof and then maybe .20
You have one of 716,366,000 Canadian Cents commemorating the 50th anniversary of Elizabeth II becoming Queen. It is Bronze-plated zinc (that's what the P is for) and was minted in 2002. Uncirculated it might be worth 50 cents. If it came in change it's worth 1 Cent (Canadian).
