Queen Victoria was not French Belgian. She had a little bit of French, Scottish, Welsh, and Danish blood in her, but she was of mostly German stock.

Her mothers brother (who was German) became King Leopold I of Belgium though and married the daughter of the King of France making her cousins French-"Belgian"
