If you're looking for a DS game in which you create your character and can see changes when you equip items, try out Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies.
If 'equip' means put them on yourself using the "customize character, then you can't. You can only put them on bricks. however, you can put them in with a script in-game, because your whole body is actually all made of bricks.
You can only change the facial structure at the beginning of the game, during 'file reconstruction'. After that, go to the equip screen to change armor and weapons.

Onion Head is a fictional character from the mobile game "Among Us". It is a small pet that players can equip as cosmetic accessories in the game. Onion Head floats around the player's character during gameplay.
I recomend you start by drawing a basic design of characters on paper. Then search on google for a game creaton software. Once you have done that design your character and game.
pause the game. (not in battle) go to items. click on a character u want to have a potion. click on an empty green slot. then pick your choice like elixer potion megapotion ect.
you can not equip a fishing rod to your avatar its not possible
Drawn to Life
You have to save skill points to unlock the MED KIT, then equip it to your character, then press R1 (which ever button you use to shoot) to revive a person in bleed out.
no. the creators of the game specifically wanted to make the special star wars characters unique in and of themselves, so there is no way to use their weapons or movesets on a custom character. sorry to those fans who wanted to design their own jedi =p
You mean the character's signature weapons? You can't. The only way you can get them back is to restart the game.
