Radiator fan don't stop?

When the radiator fans dont stop on the 2003-2005 outlanders is because of a faulty fan module that is located on top of the fans. U have to check if ur vehicle is for recall on such part.

In what direction should the cooling fans turn on a Corvette?

Look at the blades of the fan. They are "slanted" one way or the other. They have a given pitch. The pitch and direction of rotation determine which way the air will move when the fan is on. Now that we agree on that, let's jump. Fans associated with a vehicle radiator are supposed to move air through the radiator in the same direction as air would flow when the vehicle is moving. They act with the moving air to help it move. They do not act against it. That's not smart. Fans in front of a radiator blow back through it. Fans behind a radiator "pull" air through the radiator. Think this through and it should become clear, it should make sense. It's simple physics.

Show you where the fan relays on a 1999 Mercury Sable are?

Not to assume anything...There are two primary fans on the typical vehicle: engine / radiator cooling fans and the heater blower fan. Both are covered in the "Related Questions" below.

Why does your radiator fans not cut in on your vectra after changing fan switch on radiator?

Electric fans on vehicles only run when necessary,,,over heating or the temperature getting near a dangerous level. They just do not come one when the vehicle runs. Normally they WILL come on if you turn the AC on because of the added stress on the engine.

Where are the relays for the radiator fan an ac fan located and also where are the switches for the fans located?

more information required: Year, make, model and engine of the vehicle.

Is there a way to check the seconday exhaust fan in a 97 Ford Taurus?

Exhaust fan??? Vehicle does not have an exhaust fan. Your vehicle has at the most 3 fans. One is the Heater/A/C fan, and it has 1 or 2 radiator cooling fans. Any of these can be checked by applying 12 volts directly to the fan.

Where is the radiator fan sensor on 2002 Chevy Venture?

Hi, There is no radiator fan "sensor" for this vehicle. The fans are controlled by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The basic concept is that the PCM uses a temperature sensor to measure the engine coolant and will turn the fans on and off at the appropriate time and speed. There are certain conditions where the radiator fans will turn ON (at high speed) all the time, but that normally only happens when there are other problems in the system. If you want to find out more details about how the systems works, use the "related link" I have included. Good Luck!

What is the purpose for dual radiator fans in a Dodge Grand Caravan?

There are a few reasons for the dual fans: Dual cooling fans cause as much or more air to be pulled through the radiator and across the engine, as a larger single fan. The larger single fan would have to be mechanical (powered by the engine), impractical with the sideways engine configuration a front wheel drive vehicle requires. The larger single fan would also be much 'fatter' than the slim design of the dual electric fans. It is much more efficient and easier for the limited electrical supply of a vehicle to power two smaller fans rather than one large one.

Where is the radiator located in a 2000 Chevy Malibu?
