Recently LED clock display won't turn off after ignition is turned off The radio used to turn off when I open the door and ignition is off. Only turns off manually. What would cause this?
It sounds like a wire short some where.

Well sometimes the radio is hooked up to the ignition itself. It is just the ignition wire, if it has a disconnecting face plate then you can turn it off by taking the face plate off. Or if you would like, you can pull the radio out and disconnect the wire from the ignition and it will not still be on when you cut the truck off.

The on/off pushbutton has a bad internal latch and must be replaced it is a BOURNS panel mounted switch 3712X-001-036 with a ribbon lead and plug and is easily replaced but you will never find one
