You have a 'herald patch', which is the start of a fungal infection called pityriasis. This condition readily responds to antifungals. Just get your doctor to prescribe an antifungal treatment, or ask your pharmacist. There are many over-the-counter remedies at the drug store.And for the record, Fungus is very different than Bacteria.
