is it carburated or throttle body injected?
try putting a little gas in the carburetor or throttle body or if you have no gas try starting fluid but if you have gas in a jug use that because starting fluid is hard on the pistons and valves.

Put some gas in the tank then cycle the ignition key on and off pausing a few seconds in the on position. Do this 3-4 times and you have primed the fuel system. Start the engine and go.
