I'm not familiar with the standing of a Ukrainian Catholic Church in relationship to the Roman Catholic Church. The Eastern Orthodox Church, which it may be, is currently in a 'schism' with the Church in Rome. This word, schism, is important. Any such church simply means that the Roman Catholic Church does not consider them preaching the same set of truths. When a Roman Catholic individual marries, they have a moral obligation to be married in the Catholic church. Thus, they should be married by a Roman Catholic priest who is in union with the Church.
