remove road wheel.remove crankshaft lower pulley cover.slacken adjuster clamping bolt located in center of the tensioner pulley. then back off the adjuster bolt till you release tension on the belt,thenrelease it from the crankshaft,alternator,and power steering pump, also air con if fitted remove from under car. locate new belt around the pulleys and tensioner making sure it is seated on pulley grooves,tighten adjuster bolt until possible deflection of 3mm on belt on longest run with firm thumb pressure.finally tighten adjuster clamping bolt refit cover and wheel. i hope this has helped you good luck.

If it is a 1.25 Zetec engine then the oil must be 5w 30 If it is an Endura engine 5w 40. Hope that helps!
if you mean the 1.3 endura engine no and if you mean the 1.25 zetec i think it only came with a fuel shut off swich
The endura-e firing order is 1-2-4-3, no.1 cylinder being the timing chain end. From memory I think this makes no.1 cylinder the one on the right-hand side of the car (left side when looking from the engine bay)
The ford Endura-DE is a Turbo Diesel engine that has only 8 valves. The Endura-E petrol engine again is the standard OVH 2 valve per cylinder: 8 valve
What to do before starting auxiliary engine?
It is located under the inlet manifold near the coil pack on the back of the engine. It is very hard to reach, from under the car, needing a short 19mm spanner. If anyone reading this knows an easy method to change it please post an answer.
