I'll answer my own question. A mechanic buddy showed me how to fix, says he usually charges $50. You really don't have to remove if the wiper just doesnt move. Pop off the little black plastic cover on the bottom of the arm. Tighten the nut you see. Try the wipers. The nut will loosen if wiper is frozen or obstructed rather than breaking something. Hope this helps someone!
Remove the windshield wiper arm from the windshield wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the retaining nut. Reverse the process to install the new windshield wiper motor.
The windshield wiper motor is located just below the windshield wiper blades and is covered by a black panel.
The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee takes 20" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front and a 10" or 11" wiper on the rear.

it is in the engine compartment. remove the plastic cowl under the wipers and behind the windshield wiper reservoir you will find the resistor tucked under there.1 remove wipers 2 remove cowl 3 remove wiper reservoir and you will find it there
right under the cover that the wiper blades mount to
Turn the key to on and turn on the windshield wipers. Turn the key to off as the wiper arms go verticle, to stop them in that position. Pull out all the round black plastic fasteners on the cowl covers. Once they are all removed, slide the cowl pieces up the wiper arms, and feed the wiper blades throught the holes to completely remove them.
To remove the wiper arm on 94 Chevy SUV's, first raise the wiper arm so that it is turned to a 90 degree angle from the windshield. The wiper arm should stay there once it is raised. At the base of the wiper arm, note a small piece of metal sticking out. Using a screwdriver, gently pry the piece of metal OUTWARD, from the center of the wiper arm shaft. Once the "keeper" has been removed the wiper arm should lift straight off the shaft.
The 1983-1994 Chevrolet Blazer S-10 (sometimes called "Compact Blazer") takes 16" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front. The 1989-1994 models also take a 14" rear wiper blade.

Take your vehicle to Advance Auto, Pep Boy's or AutoZone and buy the replacement wiper. Someone behind the counter will go out and install it for you at no charge. Watch what they do so you can replace it next time.
