***CAUTION*** The halogen bulb contains gas under pressure. The bulb may shatter if the gas envelope is scratched or if the bulb is dropped. Handle the bulb carefully. Grasp the bulb only by its base. Avoid touching the glass envelope. è The headlamp bulb should not be removed from the headlamp until just before a replacement bulb is installed. Removing the bulb for an extended period of time may affect headlamp bulb performance. Contaminants may enter the headlamp where they can settle on the lens and reflector. Never turn on the headlamps with the bulb removed from the headlamp. Headlights & Tail Light Bulb Replacement Removal & Installation 1. Raise and support the hood. 2. Raise the headlamp retainers by pushing rearward and pulling up. 3. If equipped, rotate the headlamp bulb protective counterclockwise and remove. 4. Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connector. 5. Remove the headlamp assembly. 6. Rotate headlamp bulb retainer counterclockwise and remove. 7. Remove the headlamp bulb by pulling it straight out with a gentle up-and-down rocking motion. ***WARNING*** Do not touch the glass bulb with your fingers. Oil from your fingers can severely shorten the life of the bulb. If necessary, wipe off any dirt or oil from the bulb with rubbing alcohol before completing installation. To Install; 8. Install a new bulb into the headlamp assembly. 9. Install the headlamp bulb retainer and turn it clockwise to engage the retaining tabs. 10. Attach the bulb electrical connector. 11. If equipped, install the headlamp bulb protective cover. 12. Install the headlamp assembly. è Be sure the headlamp assembly is positioned correctly with the alignment pins inserted into the proper holes and onto the ribs of the reinforcement. 13. Engage the retainers by gently pushing down. Turn the lights on and check the bulb operation.
pull your light switch out and use a small screw driver to push clip and remove the plastic tip on the head light switch then remove the black trim around the gauge cluster
I believe it to be a T-55 torx.
Remove the head light cover plate, then remove head light braket, once you have done that pull the light out and un-plug it.
HOW DO I CHANGE LIGHT BULBS
Remove the Philips screw on each corner of the bumper. Remove the clips that hold the grill and bumper to the radiator support. Pull the bumper forward. Remove the 10mm bolts that mount the head light to the radiator support. Remove the 10mm bolt that mounts the head light to the fender. Remove the 10mm bolt that mounts the head light to a bracket near the bumper beam.
You need to remove the head light, which is rather simple, and reach through the opening from the head light to replace the light bulb for the blinker.

To change the front head light you need to unscrew the screws to remove the protective casing. Once the protective casing has been removed the front head light bulb can be replaced with a new one.
the horn is down under passengers side head light. if you remove head light you can see it. just look down.
It mainly depends on the year it was made. I personally have a 1994 f150 and I had to take the hub out, which consists of a few Alan head screws then you remove the hub asseembly and then it requires a specialty socket to take out 2 more bolts in the hub. Then you take off 5 or 6 bolts that holds the rotor on itself.
To change the front head light you need to unscrew the screws to remove the protective casing. Once the protective casing has been removed the front head light bulb can be replaced with a new one.
Remove ignition transformer to reach it. There should be 2 camshaft position sensors on the 5.4L engine - visibly on the front right cylinder head and the other visibly on the front of the left cylinder head. Remove ,Replace, then return ignition transformer.
