Removing the wiper cowling on a 2004 Mercury Monterey - Ford Freestar?

I just documented this on a 2001 Windstar in the "Related Question" below - and I suspect the procedure is going to very very close to the same for the Freestar / Monterey.
At the very least, it should be good start to sequencing and what to look for.

How do you remove plastic cover at bottom of windshield?
there are phillip screws on the cowling, after removing the screws, remove wipers and remove winshield washer hoses on the bottom of the cowling.

The orifice tube is located between the engine and the fire wall. The windshield wiper cowling has to be removed to gain access to the orifice tube.
