The 2007 Honda Odyssey has a special 12" rear wiper blade that fits the special rear arm. You can go to your dealer (which may be expensive) or you can look into 'Trico Exact Fit Rear Integral Blades' that snap right onto the special arm and look just like the factory original. They're available online.
Note that just because its a special arm, does not mean its hard to change.
