replacing 2002 Camry solara air conditioning filter
STP's part number is S3614. This oil filter fits a 2006 Toyota Solara (6 cyl) and other similar years of Toyota.
The Camry Solara was initially called the Camry Coup© from 1994 to 1997 and it was, effectively the third generation of Camry rather than a separate model. from 1999 forward the car was renamed the Camry Solara and eventually just the Toyota Solara.
This filter is a permanent filter and should only be replaced when replacing the fuel pump.
The Camry Solara is a soft top. Soft tops are generally made of cloth or vinyl.
If you're referring to a cabin air filter the Gen I Solara's (through '03) aren't equipped with one. Gen II's have a cabin filter, it's located in the heat/air duct right behind the glove compartment. Cheers, Gadget
Some 2001 Camrys do not have a cabin air filter behind the glove box.
nope
The Solara is the two-door coupe version of the Camry, and is also available as a convertible. If it's a 4-door, it would not be a Solara, but rather a Camry. The Solara coupe was discontinued at the end of the 2008 model year and the convertible was only produced in limited numbers after that.
The filter is in back of the glove compartment. Open the glove compartment and squeeze the back and it will partially drop down. There is a screw on the right hand side that you take off and pull the compartment down. The filter pulls out on the left hand side. It is not rocket science. Sorry, the Gen I Solara doesn't have a cabin air filter. Those were introduced on the Gen II (2004 and later) and are accessed per the instruction above.
I believe the Solara is the same as the Camry. You have to remove part of the center console to access the adjustment.
Their are two main storage options for the Toyota Camry Solara. The first storage option is the (DIO) Cargo Organizer, and the second storage option is the (DIO) Cargo Net.
Yes, the Toyota Camry Solara comes in a coupe and a convertible model. Both models have two doors.
