So... the simple answer would be, refer to your owners manual for instructions.
Saturn's usually have a red oil reset button inside the main fuse box (next to the battery). Turn the key on (don't start the engine) then press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you hear the dashboard 'chime', indicating that the oil reset was successful.
