What is denture cloning?
Denture clone is a duplicate denture or spare denture. Some dentures are still made with porcelain denture teeth, and with this known fact, a clone denture cannot be made with porcelain denture teeth. Cloned dentures are made for temporary uses such as an emergency backup denture. If you are searching for new dentures, a cloned denture should not be of choice because it is a copy of your original denture. That is if the denture teeth are worn down, so will the cloned denture teeth be worn down. If some of your denture teeth are chipped, so will the cloned denture teeth be chipped as nothing on the denture will change, meaning its structure. If your dentures are loose, then your best solution may be to take your denture to a dentist where it can be relined so that it fits snug. Also, if you have gone without partials in the upper, lower or both for sometimes your tongue will spread, so when you get new partials it has a tendency to push the tongue back in place causing a gagging relex. If you look after it then it should last you for the rest of your life, but this means seeing your dentist every 6 months to once a year to have your remaining teeth cleaned and have your partial checked for any weak points. I had my partials for 25 years, but decided I wanted to get new ones that clicked behind my eye teeth instead of a wire up by the gum of my eye teeth. I take good care of my teeth, but unfortunately, genetics has a part in whether you have strong or weak teeth. I have never regretted getting my partials and take good care of them and see my dentist every 6 months.

Yes you can but I would stay away from porcelain teeth on that lower denture. They have a tendency to really wear away your natural teeth. Get good quality acrylic teeth for your denture and they will not devastate your opposing natural teeth quite as bad if at all.
