From the genuine Rover workshop manual: torques for engine 2.0 : Stage 1 - 45Nm, stage 2 - 80Nm, Stage 3 +90o So just go round the bolts in the right order and tighten to 45Nm then repeat to 80Nm and finally tweak each bolt another 90 degrees (quarter of a turn). Nm = Newton meters if your torque wrench doesn't do this then 45Nm is about 33 Lb/ft etc
