Roy Phillips is dead Walked to Tenpenny Tower on fallout 3 looked around and hacked this terminal opened somthing ghouls came in everyone dies including Gustavo so i cant do the mission. Any help?

ye u have a choice to let the ferels in but don't kill roy Phillips and he gives u a ghoul mask if u wear it u the ferels ghouls never attack u unless its of or u could go and kill roy Phillips and the chief gives u caps. There is another way if u ask tenpenny to let roy live there but u must see roy and say i will try to let u in. First u have to persuade some people to agree if they accept roy can come in but all the shop keepers leave however u can buy things of the ghouls like Micheal masters and Bessie. I would let them in because when they kill every one the shop keepers have there supply key to a case so u can have all there clothes etc its the best i can say
