Ok, SO what you do is you do 50 push ups have a 20 sec break and then and then do 25 and then 5 and then stop. Do that everyday and your muscles will get bigger... Or go to a gym
I have this same soreness and I believe it is the result of working out, especially abdomen crunches and/or pull-ups with knee-ups and leg lifts which work lower and upper abs. This can happen if you have not done these types of exercises for a while and then stress the area. The soreness is likely muscular (but may also result from a slight stress on the lower rib cage) and should subside in a couple of days.
A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) supplies a certain amount of power for a certain amount of time if the main electrical power is out. A surge protector does not. A UPS also serves to "even out" fluctuations in voltage, which are fairly common - most S/Ps do not do this. A S/P is there to protect against voltage SPIKES that might cause an overload, but they don't do a thing if the power goes out.
Yes, but only if it is not the result of having done ten thousand push-ups in the previous week.
