William Shakespeare often uses thunder and storms to suggest cosmic disorder because weather has traditionally been associated with the gods. Shakespeare was heavily influenced by the Latin language as well as Greek and Roman mythology and the gods moods were often tied to the weather.
Plagiarism is the word-for-word copying of a source. Shakespeare took ideas from many sources, especially Holinshed's histories of Britain. Julius Caesar came from Plutarch. Many of the comedies came from French and Italian stories Shakespeare read. Shakespeare borrowed all of his plots from somewhere, and in some cases his borrowing used words so similar to his sources it borders on plagiarism. But Greek mythology? The plays set in or near Greece are Pericles, Comedy of Errors, Timon of Athens, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Troilus and Cressida. Only the last one is actually from a Greek source (The Iliad), which might count as Greek Mythology. However, Shakespeare's play does not feature any of the Greek gods--just the Greeks and Trojans, and the gods have no influence on the action, very differently from the Homeric poem. Shakespeare's play is a very very dark and cynical look at the motives which move men and women to engage in Love and War. "All is war and lechery" as he says. Although the plot is drawn from a Greek mythological source, Shakespeare hardly plagiarized it.

The word Olympian refers to Mount Olympus, in Greece. In Shakespeare's day, people would have connected this with the myths of the Greek Gods, who were supposed to live on Mount Olympus. Nowadays we are more likely to think of the Olympic Games, modeled on games held in ancient Greece at Olympia.
