If someone is afraid of their parents, this really isn't a healthy way to live your life. There must be something that they are doing for you to fear them. They may hit, shout, argue - anything can happen. The best thing to do is talk to a close friend, someone that you know wouldn't tell anybody. If you feel like this won't work, talk anonymously to Childline on 0800 1111. If you think your parents may find out, phone on your mobile/cellphone.
