Age shouldn't matter......well i advice you let them dye their hair something like black, blonde,brown instead of blue, pink...u know..something related to the color of their hair....leave all the awesome colors for when they become teenagers :) :P I am 11 and my hairs kinda dark brown......my mom let me color it REAL black and it didnt do me any harm actually :)

I'm 11 and my mom will let me dye my hair whatever color I want as long as I don't bleach it. I'm going to get and ombre effect from my natural hair color into blonde. also I'm a spoiled brat and I'm rich and I am perfect and I'm popular so don't think you are better than me!
