In the very narrow sense that some of his generals had better strategic insight than he did, yes, but I would add that it would have been even better had Hitler devoted his life to a career in painting, rather than politics.
Hitler became increasingly paranoid as the war went on. He came to beleive eveyone was conspiring against him, and no one was to be trusted, so he continually rejected good, sound military advice from his generals because he only trusted himself.

as far as i know NO generals are old people usually in their 50's so if anyone is alive he would be about 110years old now
Due to the quick victory in Poland, Hitler wanted his generals to prepare fro an attack on France by the middle of November. His generals balked at such a date, and tried to delay an attack until they believed their armies were fully prepared.

Now, in 2014? All dead. Buried in Germany, for the most part.
He plays one of the head generals in on the plan to kill Hitler
Yes he made the mistakes to not listen to his own generals who were actually fighting the war. The Nazis were almost an unstoppable force. Hitler could have killed 500,000 Allied troops at Dunkerque if he had listened to his own generals. He insisted though that because his lightning war was so fast that the supplies couldn't keep up with the actual army. He also makes the mistake of invading the Soviet Union because Stalin's plan for a war was to sit back watch Europe wreck itself then invade. Stalin would have never invaded Western Europe.
listened I listened, you listened, he listened, we listened , you listened , they listened
