Let me get more in detail of why I am offended. We have been dating for 7 months and he tells me how much he is in love with me, but yet he cannot be my boyfriend right now. keeping in consideration that for the first 4 months of us dating he was begging me to be his girlfriend and I was just not ready at that time. So, for weeks he had been asking me what do you want for your birthday..and I told him get me what you think I would like..I am not going to tell him exactly what I want! he is supposed to think about something special or anything. So for my birthday he was working out of town and I understand and all..so he gets me flowers and chocolates from 1-800- flowers.com. I was like okay, this is nice since he isn't here. He wrote in the note "Here's to celebrating you baby" which I thought was generic...nothing sweet or anything. The next day he sees me and doesn't mention anything about a gift and has no gift for me. I am hurt and confused at what I should do. It makes me feel like he doesn't care. And now in December his birthday is coming up and all my friends say not to get him a gift but I don't like being vindictive and play games..PLEASE help with some good advice. Thanks in advance!
you could give her: flowers , chocolates or maybe a nice teddy bear
Boyfriends do not prefer chocolates/flowers/teddies Give them sunglasses, go out for dating. Also, chocolate seems almost like a cop out, give them something that specifically relates to them. Something that has to do with a hobby of theirs, or something they really love. Put thought into it not something simple like chocolate.
anything being a girl myself iknow i like chocolates and any presants that get effort put into them... LOVE DOCTOR LOVELACE
i think you should give your boyfriend a big teddy bear and some chocolates and roses or at least give him a necklace or a bracelet
Yes, It will make her feel special !
give birthday presents no matter how long you've been dating
I think that a necklace would be good. Maybe get her a card and write a sweet poem in it. she would shurely love that!
a candy-bar and a b/day card.
This all depends on your financial status and how long you have been seeing or dating your significant other. If you have a long time relationship then you may want to purchase 6-12 flowers. If you would have trouble buying your significant other that many flowers, then she/he should understand and you can purchase the person less then 6 flowers.
it depends if you are dating them,if you are, just say" I want to make this Valentines day special for you, what should I get you that will make that happen?"if you aren't say..."are you dating someone?"(answer is yes) "what do you think he is getting you for Valentines day?"-(i dont know) "well what do you want""whatdo you think he is getting you for Valentines day?"(ex. chocolates) "is there anything else you might like?"if they arent dating say..."what do you want, i mean... if your not dating i might as well get you something!"lol hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anything! As long as it's from the heart and counts I promise he will love it. If you guys have been together that long then he should love you enough to accept anything. A box of chocolates and a sweet card is nice. You could also get something that reminds you of when he asked you out.
