You should always wash the clothes you buy before you wear them; especially underwear. As to a blood spot on clothing: odds are that your safe, just wash them with bleach and your regular detergent. The HIV virus is an easy virus to kill outside the body, however be cautious with fresh blood ,seminal fluid, and breast milk.
