Depends, what do you want out of it? Is this with the intent that he'll dump her, go out with you and live happily ever after? Or are you willing to keep it casual and he can date both of you? What if you tell him, you start dating, he continues to date other women- are you even OK with that? How would you feel if you were dating someone and someone else expressed interest in your boyfriend? I would suggest not to tell him as it unnecessarily complicates things. Even if he did break up with his girlfriend to be with you, what kind of man would he be? If he tells you he doesnt feel the same you get hurt. If he tells you he feels the same but loves his girlfriend too how awkward will that be? The best thing is to find your own single man - nothing good will come out of this.
