There's a huge difference between love and want. If he cheats on his girlfriends with you, that means he's a cheater. Once a cheater, always a cheater. If you don't mind sharing him with every woman who catches his eye, then by all means answer his flirts and stares. I hope you have enough self-respect to walk away from him forever.
