A sales letter, a resume cover letter (which is a sales letter), a product, a pricing, or contract inquiry or request, etc. that have many specifications to include should have those specifications or product information on an attachment to the letter, such as the resume, a product or contract specification sheet and with only highlights of the attachment(s) included in the body of a letter.
A business letter that is word dense is much less effective than a letter containing just enough to direct the mind of the recipient to the result that is the intent of the letter.
