If he can get a job. He will need to find a field that hires people like him. His options are more limited than other college graduates. Suggestions are difficult to make. Traditionally construction has been a good field because it involved both hard work that got a man calmed down and in supervisory positions required brains, but that is not good right now. Still without work, felons go right back to prison. What can they get in this economy where college grads are flipping Hamburgers?
