There is more to factor in than just exercise, such as what type of exercise, how much exercise, what has your calorie and carbohydrate intake been during those 6 days of 'exercise'. Also muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are adding muscle you may actually weigh more after a period of exercise than you did prior to an exercise program. Your mirror is the best judge of how you are doing, do you look thinner/ firmer. the average 12 year old weighs between 75-80 pounds. but just because you are small doesnt mean you are unhealthy. you might just have a fast metabolism. as long as you eat healthy and exercise your good. but just to be sure next time you have a check up ask your doctor if your weight is normal.
Exercise isn't relevant to when you weigh in. The best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, before you have eaten anything. Whenever you do weigh in, pick a consistent time of day to get consistent results.
