If he's seriously trying, she should tell him she doesn't like it and ask him to stop if she's important to him. If they both try to make each other jealous seriously, they'll end up actually not liking each other and finally breaking up. Getting each other jealous can be fun, but only in small amounts and if both know it's only joking and they're still the most important to each other.
