If she wants to, then she should. Its sexist to say that men should be the ones to propose or take the first step in a relationship! Well it depends on the kind of relationship you two have. If its really close you might consider it. If not, don't bother. You may think its sexist to have the man always be the one that proposes, but its like its your prince sweeping you off your feet and asking you to marry him. It's kindof like your dream moment.
