My opinion is that they are too excessively used among children. I think there should be a law against children under 13 to have cell phones, because cell phones have an extreme effect on the eyes of children. I am in no way saying they have no effect on adults, but generally children over use their mobile devices. Am I being paranoid and unrealistic? Probably, but that's just my oppinion. Some Life Insurance policy's are now giving Pre-Paid mobile devices for emergancy usage, which is fine, but other than that... Cell phone usage is deffinately really high among kids and adults. To think that drivers who are supposed to be responsible for themselves, their car and possable passanger(s) that are using cell phones/ messaging in a Motor vehicle is absolutely out of the question. Automobile accidents are the number one killer of teenagers in the United States, and eliminating cell/car phone usage while driving is an essential part of decreasing the amount of accidents.
