A person should know that a T.V. show is fake,a video game is a drawing that moves
is not real because, animations are lights from a computer and that is all!
Comic books is not real,a flash game is fiction,a novel is not real,a toy is fake!
The criminal should be held responsible and not get away with a crime for something
that is fake!
So let's say a gangster in court said, that Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto IV:The Lost and the Damned made him a gangster and porn made him a rapist, and Family Guy made him sexist and made him hate women but,it turned out,he was a ,drug addicted,
alcoholic loser that had sex with women and killed them for his money back he used stem
cells to make him immune to STD s and he slashed, stabbed, shot, hit, smashed, bombed,
threw, thrashed, poisoned, shocked, and burned people alive and said,"That the media
made them criminals."
Then, how come the criminal continued to kill, torture,do drugs, burn, kill, drink, and have sex
with women they did not even know,be sexist, and not have a caring mind and also, how
come the person kept watching violent movies, porn, kept joining Sadomasochism or AKA S&M,kept playing violent Video Games, kept watching violent T.V.shows and kept listening to violent music and kept using the media for that matter if they cannot grow up yet!?
P.S.
What about when humans first came weren't they violent and sexist
and doing adultery and no media to blame it on!
See what I mean everyone that violence comes from anger, the unintelligent, the drug addicts, the alcoholics, and other means?!
Money, Power and Greed.
the three elements of a crime should be present ( motive, knowledge, and opportunity ) for the conviction of a person committed a crime.
motive, opportunity and instrumentality...
identifying a motive is seeing why the person committed the crime.
No.
Motive- the goal or object of a person's actions.LClemons
The MOTIVE.
There appears to be no motive for this crime. Even after the trial and conviction was complete, there was no motive that showed up. It was a senseless and tragic crime.
the motive
Actually only YOU know your motive for omitting the information. Why DID you omit it? If law enforcement has enough reasonable cause to believe that you falsely reported a crime you could be charged.
