1st,check the main plug of electric wire just to make sure if the wire is damage.. 2nd,try to seek for more electrical wire if there are any electric wires damaged to prevent fire 3rd,if you have any relatives that knows a little about electric problems,ask them how to prevent fire 4th,remove some dust near the electric damage wire cause if the dust stick into the damage wire,it's like a paper and it can burn swiftly 5th,remove the plug for a while to make sure that the electric shock will not occur again.. When a person is in shock, there are certain things that should not be done to them. An individual should not give the person in shock anything to eat or drink, should not wait to call 911 (because the condition could get worse) and should neither move the person nor elevate his or her legs if a spinal injury, head injury, neck injury and/or broken bones in the hips or legs are suspected.

Firstly lie down the patient on back with head flat and feet raised above the heart level . check the vitals . make the patient feel comfortable . if he is unconscious rub his hands to provide warmth and give a call on 911.
